Welcome to Pulse Dance Academy! By signing up for our classes or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Class Registration
All participants must register for classes online, by phone, or in person. Registration is required to reserve your spot in the class.
2. Payments
All class fees, including single sessions, monthly passes, and memberships, must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3. Class Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed classes are not eligible for refunds but may be rescheduled based on availability.
4. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during classes. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.
5. Liability
Pulse Dance Academy is not responsible for any injuries sustained during classes or events. Participants are encouraged to inform instructors of any physical limitations or health concerns before the class begins.
6. Membership Terms
Monthly and annual memberships provide access to all eligible classes. Memberships are non-transferable and subject to cancellation policies outlined during registration.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in our classes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
